Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Do not send medical records or other sensitive personal information.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you join the Research Brief, your email address and subscription activity are processed by beehiiv to manage the mailing list, send confirmation and publication emails, and provide unsubscribe controls. Subscription is voluntary, and every issue will include an unsubscribe option. beehiiv processes this information under its own privacy terms.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage, such as visited pages, approximate geography, device category, traffic source, and interactions. Analytics storage is denied until you select “Allow cookies” in the consent notice. Advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.

Your browser stores your analytics preference locally so the notice does not appear on every visit. Google may process analytics information under its own privacy terms. You can decline analytics without losing access to the publication.

External and affiliate links

Links may lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Affiliate links may include an identifier that allows a merchant to attribute a referral; those relationships will be disclosed near the link.

Retention and requests

Correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for publication operations, records, security, or legal obligations. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression and compliance records. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, email privacy@peptideduediligence.com.

Changes
